My entire being just wants to jump out of this body and float to Miami Beach at midnight already.
And then come home to find my mom with a huge smile and big hug.
I miss her a lot.

I really cannot stop listening to Dave Matthews lately.
I really wouldn't mind becoming one of those really crazed fans, because they are beyond amazing.
They can hop onto my favorite artist bandwagons, which consist of Incubus and John Mayer.

I kinda realized that my favorite bands happen to be the typical band/artist to be obsessed over, but quite frankly, I don't give a rats ass what people say in regards to music taste and what is clarified as, "good music."

Memo to all you music elitists: ALL MUSIC IS GOOD; so chill the FUCK out.

This weekend was pretty nice. I got incredibly tan and had plenty of hours to just sun-bathe and listen to great music on my iPOD.
It made me realize that I'm going to be home so soon.
21 days to be exact.
I'm just really ready to get home, go to the beach 3 times a week, play my last year of softball with my best friends, go to a profuse amount of concerts, and finally get my car (:

Oh I just got the goosebumps thinking about it.

One word: WOW. That girl either has NO idea who Perez Hilton is or is in actuality a moron.
I mean, I think it's alright to stand up for what you believe in, I mean, its anyone's right of passage. But honey.....seriously, you could have thought of an answer less controversial.

I totally celebrated this holiday at 12:07 A.M this morning next to the lake near my apartment.
Listened to non-stop music on my iPOD and just admired everything around me.
This world is just so beautiful sometimes. Makes you believe that there HAS to be a God.
I mean, what other explanation is there for all the beautiful flowers, trees, and skies above us to admire and be in shock and awe over.

I also just cannot get over how much good music is out there lately.
So many talented people getting their music out and getting their lyrics heard.
It's really such an awesome thing.

So I'm currently immobile due to the fact that mother nature decided to take it's toll on me yesterday morning. I literally feel like dying.
Which would understand me right now laying in bed half clothed with a heating pad on my back, advil in one hand and chocolate milk in the other.

Well I have work today and I'm not too bummed about it.
It's rainy today so I'm probably on gym duty, thank god.
And of course new Gossip Girl and One Tree Hill tonight.

Weekend.

Last night was pretty fun.
My apartment looked like a cute little rave that they have in Miami homosexual hotspots.
I mean, I'm just saying.
I unfortunately was stuck with cleaning up after everyone; dumb hostess duties I guess.

So this weekend has been like, "little sister" weekend.
Celeste and Bhriel's little sisters are here this weekend and of course all under the age of 16 and giving them a taste of college life. But yea, makes me miss my little sister.
Kinda weird because usually I'm the first one to not agree with open corny sisterly love, but I'm gonna admit that I'm starting to really realize how grateful I am to have the relationship I have with both my sisters and how much we really do love each other.

I know, I know. Adorable.

Tonight I'm going out. Curling the hair and wearing heels.
I haven't done that in AGES. Really sad, I'm pretty aware.
And plus, I'm rather tan due to the amazing weather we've been having in beautiful Elon University.

I'm pretty excited, since it's one of those concerts that everyone at least has to go to before they die.

Today was a long day. Extremely long day. Like it would never end.
Highlight though was for sure watching the Reducing Shakespeare Company DVD in theatre class.
If you have no idea what that is, seriously google it.
It's the best thing that has to do with parodies about Shakespeare.

So party in my apartment tomorrow night.
It's my friend's Jack's 19th birthday, and he wanted a party really bad ( I have no idea why though, considering he's the kid that you wouldn't expect to beg for a bday party)
But hey, it's no big deal.
Just a way for me to get free booze and good music I guess.

Music has been really an outlet for me right now.

Why Georgia, Why.

So back from Georgia.
It was a FANTASTIC trip
Other than the fact that I redeveloped a crush on a boy that really shouldn't be transpiring again.
See because, I kind of always end up becoming the complete and total moron in the end result, and of course I'm reassured that Prince Charming's do not exist after all.
But really, this is the 1st year of 4 years, so who really knows what will happen.
I'm no longer going to hunt for that happiness that sappy girls want so bad and dream about, despite the fact that the end result is a great girl like me waiting for something amazing to happen, which who knows will be how long.
I have a secret horrible gut feeling that I'm going to end up being the girl who goes through college as the boys best friend and then succeeds in life as the woman that keeps herself busy with work to distract that fact that I'll be lonely.



I'm sorry for this negative entry fellow bloggers.
It's one of those things that is on my mind currently and the ideas need to be flushed out immediately.

On the upside, this weekend was great. Georgia has seriously the best April weather in existance. Not too hot, not too cold. It was awesome.
Nothing is better than floating in a calm lake and sitting in an inner-tube.

So I'm off to Georgia this weekend with the gang.
I'm pretty excited due to the fact that it will be 3 girls and 6boys total and we're all going to be pretty much out of control at Celeste's cabin in the middle of the country.
Oh and did I mention that her G-Mama is a professional cook? Dreams do come true.

Last night I went to Wal-Mart and bought myself Orange Strawberry Banana Juice and fresh Strawberries to eat with my jar of Nutella.
It's truly god sent really.
I mean the whole idea of a great juice and a tasty snack.

By the way, my older sister and I should get the best daughters awards for buying Coldplay tickets for my Dad's 50th Birthday.
Perfectly it is ON his birthday and last time I saw Coldplay in concert, he couldn't come
(which probably depressed him for weeks on end because yes ladies and gents, he is a HUGE fan)
